Preventing medical errors will lower health care costs, reduce doctors’ insurance premiums, and protect the health and well being of patients.

Bridge OVER the abyss
Standing in the invisible gap, on the arched bridge, of TRUTH.
I am.
The Truth vs those who may choose not to tell the truth.  I won’t recant my testimony of what I am. A witness. Believed or not, proved or unproved. Truth will stand the test of time and chance that happens to US all and Justice will prevail, the real foundation of LAW. NO WEAPON of FORM against IT, shall prevail.
“Had I not observed a negligent and traumatic and possibly what will be considered an adverse incident during the bed lift team’s  handling of my husband; while using an overhead lift to move him in ICU, that I initially thought was the reason and main cause that contributed most to his death; perhaps this apparent total system failure of the TGH risk management program pertaining to his case and possibly others would not even have become known, as pertaining to the other more foundational standard of care or potentially provable deemed acts and omissions that have been revealed, through the expert witness testimony that has come forth to date while pursing the truth, of what really went wrong in this case.” https://floridadeathactannulled.wordpress.com/dear-gov-what-really-happened-why-am-i-dead/

Lowering the caps is NOT going to;”Protect the citizens or IMPROVE Patient Safety.According to the Institute of Medicine (IOM) preventable medical errors kill as many as 98,000 people every year at a cost of $29 billion. -If the Centers for Disease Control classified medical errors as a category it would be the sixth leading cause of death, killing more people annually than auto accidents or guns.http://www.justice.org/cps/rde/xchg/justice/hs.xsl/15009.htm“Preventing medical errors will lower health care costs, reduce doctors’ insurance premiums, and protect the health and well being of patients.” http://www.justice.org/resources/Medical_Negligence_Primer.pdf Preventable medical errors kill and seriously injure hundreds of thousands of Americans every year. Any discussion of medical negligence that does not involve preventable medical errors ignores this fundamental problem. And while some would prefer to focus on doctors’ insurance premiums, health care costs, or alternative compensation systems – anything other than the negligence itself – reducing medical errors is the best way to address all the related problems. Preventing medical errors will lower health care costs, reduce doctors’ insurance premiums, and protect the health and well being of patients.
