Florida Legislature Health Care WATCH Mandate 768.74= Lost FREEDOM

In my opinion, the Florida Legislature is not fulfilling it’s obligation statute 768.74.

Express obligation and recognition that the reasonable actions of a jury are a fundamental precept of American jurisprudence and that limitations there of should be modified with caution and discretion of actions. Wrongful Death Act Caps from 24 years ago, non-adjusted without a legislative reconfirmation of justification or adjustment for inflation, regarding a CONTINUING EXISTENCE OF OVERPOWERING  public necessity, is nothing more than another legislative mandate with intent. FORCED CONVERSION.
