Justice is Demanded for this LAW MAN who used to carry the NYS books of Law for reference, in the trunk of his Sheriff’s car, while working in his UP- State NY territory of responsibility and jurisdiction, under the authority of the county Sheriff. At a time when others could not and would not stay awake and on  night-watch patrol for 17 years, standing in the “little” gap of time between mid-night and morning-time; HERMAN was staying awake while others slept,

IN THE WYANDOT HURON LANGUAGE : Lake Ontario (French: Lac Ontario) is one of the five Great Lakes of North America. It is bounded on the north and southwest by the Canadian province of Ontario, and on the south by the American state of New York. Ontario, Canada’s most populous province, was named for the lake. In the Wyandot (Huron) language, ontarío means “Lake of Shining Waters”. It is the last in the Great Lakes chain and serves as the outlet to the Atlantic Ocean via the St. Lawrence River.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Ontario

I wonder how many retired NYS Law-men & wo-man are currently living in Florida and I wonder how many of them will appreciate knowing about this issue and will also want to know just what really did happen to one of their own…and bee oh so willing to maybee, sign a petition started by this angry widow! Think about that Legislators, for I have only just begun and shall not stop until my mission is done. What are the odds that I will find a retired in FLORIDA from NYS, police- person, who will bee willing to get the word out about this NEW INITIATIVE for 2012, in every FL district and get, a petition signature of support? Which side of the valley of decision do you stand currently think about it and if neccessary; Repent! Turn from this wrong conclusion of the matter, for I need not make any lengthy speeches to support my position either, before your house or out in public. All these unlisted specific concerns are now revealed already, publicly and by monitoring agencies themselves including Congress. WE THE PEOPLE are tired of elected officials who do not take OUR stand with actions. Fufilling and oath requires more than a “mission” statement of idle vain and useless words. I am coming back to Florida soon to state my demands publicly. Must I really contact All retired Law Enforcement groups to let them know and respond with me, as well as all other NYS retired who should want to know about this? Choosing Florida instead of other states for retirement when the current legislated laws in effect do not provide enough fiduciary motivation for hospitals to step up their levels of care, in areas where they are known to be lacking. Large damage settlements result in improved care and health and safety for the public. Moving to Florida for retirement and health services in a state that legislates openly to limit the Rights of Recourse is worth more consideration than most have possibly considered until now when entering a hospital may be hazardous too and even cost you your life.
